Notes

When filling out the chart below please note:

Worker Name - Name of a bead worker or "EVENT" in the case of recording something like a buck of charcoal ending, or air flow changing
Start Time - the time when the worker began making beads, or the time of the event
End Time - the time when the worker finished making beads
Notes - the action being recorded. Examples include

Charcoal - the last charcoal in the measured unit was added
Beads - the colours/shapes/identification for the beads produced. Might also include the annealing method if more than one is in use

Beads - Attempt - how many mandrills were touched to make this many beads. This would include mandrils where the glass wouldn't load correctly, or the slip broke (but not mandrills rejected for bad slip)
Beads - Finish - how many beads completed production and were attempted to be removed from the mandril
Beads - Anneal - how many beads made it into the annealing pot
Beads - Succeed - how many beads were whole when removed from the annealing pot
