Experimental Iron Production II - 2003

« large pic »
Knocking over the remaining smelter body. At this point control of an orderly progress in the experiment was lost. Darrell had become tired from managing, fetching AND working. Unfortunatly, some of those attending as observers stepped forward and took over control of the sequence. Ideally the smelter would NOT have been pulled appart. This resulted in loss of recording and any possiblity of measurements - considerable lost data. In future experiments there will be an 'experiment closer' who takes over control at the end of the main smelting sequence.
