| The Ore Roasting Team (under Ken) decided that they wanted to be able to recover as much of the roasted ore as possible. To this end, they started by constructing a base frame of fire brick. This pictues shows them starting to lay the first course of split hardwood. Individual pieces were about wrist thick. Scale to the side is marked in 10 cm [four inch] segments. Previous
